Hawai’i’s construction industry depends on strong leadership to drive it forward. PRP’s Executive Leadership Series provides the next generation of leaders in Hawaii the opportunity to develop the advanced skills, insights, and connections necessary for guiding their firms toward success.
Over nine months, participants learn from Hawai’i’s top design and construction professionals, tackling real-world challenges and exploring effective leadership strategies and business essentials. Through mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on learning experiences, participants build valuable relationships, enhance the skills needed to lead projects and teams, and gain the confidence to shape the future of their firms and Hawaii’s construction industry.
