This is not a technical or project management program. It focuses on leadership, decision-making, and how leaders operate in complex, high-impact environments.

Kahua fellows is designed to deepen understanding of the foundations that support lasting leadership, including our connection to land, people, and purpose, and how those foundations influence the way we build, lead, and serve.
